​​Student-Athlete Requirements:

​1) Please review the BCA Athletic Handbook and conference bylaws before planning to participate in any BCA athletics.

2) Please make sure you have an updated Physical of Medical Clearance Form. These are valid for 14 months after your appointment.

3) Please complete the forms listed below. Click on the form you need to open it, print the form, fill it out, and return it to the office. If you need to pick up a copy from the school, please visit the BCA front office.
