K4, K5, Grades 1-12 Enrollment Registration Process
Contact us to schedule a tour! This is a great time for families to see our facilities and meet the Administrative staff. Learning at BCA is based on a partnership between our school and our families. This is when that partnership begins!
*** K4 Students must be 4 years old before August 30, 2024 to enroll. ***
*** K5 Students must be 5 years old before October 15, 2024 to enroll. ***
(Students in K4 and K5 must be potty-trained.)
Now is the time for families to complete the online APPLICATION. The application requires a $400 non-refundable registration fee. The application also requires uploading important documents such as:
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Forms (Immunization records and Physical Form)
- Pastor Reference (We partner with families but also church leaders to minister and disciple our students.)
- Teacher Recommendation
Once your family completes the application, BCA will be notified. Your family will be contacted to bring in your student for testing. Testing is done to determine proper placement for your child within our school. You will be provided a summary of the results and an idea of the best placement at BCA.
While it is our desire to meet the needs of every student, BCA cannot provide enrollment to certain students whose educational, behavioral, or physical needs exceed our program offerings and staff capabilities. BCA is a private school and our compliance with Individual Educational Plans issued by the public school system is not required.
If we have a spot available and are able to provide adequate resources to support your child, your family will receive an official letter of acceptance from BCA. This is an invitation, not only for your student to attend our school, but also for your family to become a part of our family.

Once the family receives the acceptance letter, the family can secure the child's spot at our school by setting up their FACTS account.
