2020-2021 RE-ENROLLMENT FORM

All school accounts (except for field trips) must be up to date before registration for the new year
can be completed. Spaces will not be held for delinquent accounts.

Forms will be accepted beginning January 13th. Registration opens to the general public on January 27, 2020.
Seats will not be held for current students without a re-enrollment form.

BCA will continue to use the FACTS tuition management system for field trips, tuition and fulltime afterschool. In addition, sports fees, band fees and capital improvement family fee will be drafted through FACTS. Families who have a current FACTS account will use that account for the upcoming school year.

Re-Registration Fees *

Re-registration fee of $385 has been submitted to the academy office (submitted after February 15th) Early Re-Registration fee of $285 has been submitted to the academy office (submitted before February 15th)

TUITION

Please indicate the payment plan you will follow for the 2020-2021 school year. *

I would like to make 12 monthly payments (using FACTS) -June, 2020-May, 2021. I would like to make 11 monthly payments (using FACTS)- June-December, 2020, February-May, 2021. I would like to annually or bi-annually.

*BCA hires personnel based on student enrollment as of May 31 of each year. If you should withdraw your student after tuition payments begin in June, tuition payments are non-refundable.

AFTER SCHOOL

Full time after school students will need to make after school payments to FACTS. We will adjust your monthly tuition in September to reflect this additional $200 after school charge per month. Part-time and middle school afterschool students will have their FACTS account charged the month after charges were incurred. This means the payments will be drafted the month after students attended afterschool.

After School Care *
